How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 10 to 18 business days, with tracking.
Will I pay anything on delivery?
Orders over $20 in value may owe GST/HST, collected by the carrier.

Do the ice grips work on stairs?
They help on icy outdoor steps. Take them off indoors, as studs are slippery on tile and wood.
Returns & payment
What if it does not fit or I do not like it?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort out a replacement or a refund.
